Pre-Op Clearance for Non-Patients
Pre-Op Clearance (Fast & All-Inclusive)

$350 – Visit + labs
$400 – Visit + labs + EKG

This visit provides medical clearance only and does not replace cardiology clearance. If needed, we are happy to refer you to a cardiologist. Final clearance is always at the physician’s discretion.

A pre-operative (pre-op) clearance and evaluation is a comprehensive medical assessment to make sure you are healthy enough for surgery and anesthesia. It typically includes:

  • Medical history review – Discussion of your health conditions, past surgeries, allergies, medications, and family medical history.
  • Physical examination – A thorough check-up of your heart, lungs, and overall health.
  • Vital signs – Measurement of blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and oxygen levels.
  • Laboratory tests (as ordered by your surgeon) – Such as blood work, urinalysis, or other necessary screenings.
  • Cardiac testing (if needed) – An EKG or other heart tests depending on your age, medical history, or type of surgery.
  • Risk assessment – Evaluation of any conditions that may affect your surgery or recovery.
  • Documentation – Completion of all required medical clearance forms and communication with your surgeon’s office.
